Speed Ways ATV has always been at the forefront when it comes to warranty and parts availability. We strive to make the deal right for all customers involved. So with that being said, we must state the following:

ATV's- 6 Months Warranty On Engine!!! Plus first 30 days warranty on all parts except for tire, batteries, brakes and body parts. Warranty does not cover damage due to abuse.

Motorcycles above 50cc- 6 Month Warranty On Engine!!! Plus first 30 days warranty on all parts except tires, batteries, brakes and body parts. Warranty does not cover damage due to abuse.

We stock a wide variety of parts and if a warranted part needs replacement; you must first send us the defective part and then we will ship you within 3 days as long as we have the parts in stock. If we do not currently have the part in stock, it may have to be imported directly from China.

Our ATV's and Motorcycles are very easy to work on and most individuals with a small amount of mechanical ability can repair the motorcycle or ATV. If you are not able to handle the repair yourself, any local dealer in your area that services motorcycle or scooters should be able to do it for you. This warranty does not include labor, wearable parts or damaged parts from accidents, abuse, or shipping. If you have a part that needs replacing, please contact us and we'll ship the part within 3 days, or let you know the lead time for the part to come back in stock. In some cases, the parts may have to be shipped in from China and may take some time for delivery.

No implied warranties or agreements: There are no agreements or warranties, expressed or implied including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, other than those stated in this agreement. Sweet Dreams Bikes shall not be responsible for the payment of damages, other than the sums specified in this agreement and limited warranty, for incidental or consequential loss or damage arising from injury, loss of use, loss of time, rental vehicles, profits, or income to the customer as a result of any component or part.

Safety Compliance Agreement
By purchasing any of our atv/bikes, the purchaser agrees that SpeedWays ATV is not responsible for any accident or injuries that occur due to any reason what so ever (including manufacture's default) on your purchased scooter or mini motor bike. Purchaser must comply with state laws and safety procedures where purchaser intends to use these bikes for their self or for your children. Most of these bikes and atv’s are for children 10 years or older and can be very dangerous if safety precautions are not taken. As a parent or Legal guardian purchaser takes full responsibility of your child's safety and will comply with state and safety laws.

Return Policy
Item is brand new, never used and never opened. This bike has a 30 day manufacturers warranty. We are not responsible for misuse or abuse to this item. There are no refunds or exchanges for any reason. Any manufacturers defect within that time period will be shipped replacement parts at no charge to the customer. We DO NOT cover cracked fairing's in delivery. By purchasing this bike buyer agrees and accepts the risk of shipping this item. It is very rare for a fairing to crack, due to shipping. If you do receive a cracked body, please note to the driver and file a claim with the shipper. If your motor powered vehicle arrives damaged inside the box, please contact our customer service department to report the damage within 3 days of receiving the motor powered vehicle. Beyond those first 3 days, every vehicle purchased on our web site carries a limited manufacturer's warranty which can be used to replace covered parts. Please refer to warranty section. After the 30 day manufacturer warranty, we offer a life time, discount on price of parts. We recommend buyer purchasing shipping insurance, if bike is insured with the shipper, any shipping problems will be the customers responsibility to solve with the shipper. If your motor powered vehicle arrives damaged inside the box, please contact our customer service department to report the damage within 3 days of receiving the motor powered vehicle. We will provide all needed documents for the claim. We or the shipper are not responsible for damages if shipping insurance is not purchased.

WARRANTY: We guarantee our products from manufacturer defects within the first 30 days of placing your order. This warranty covers factory defects and defaults only. We do not cover misuse or broken parts caused by the user or by any other event. Warranty parts that are needed will require the customer to pay all shipping and handling costs. We may require the original part be returned to us with a copy of the invoice and a brief statement indicating the defective nature of the merchandise. Upon arrival, we will verify the defect. Please note, items are covered for regular use, if we find the cause to be from misuse or abuse the item(s) may be outside the warranty and the customer may incur repair charges. Replacement parts are shipped without charge, but it is customer's responsibility to physically install the replacement parts. If it is necessary for the full product to be returned for repair or replacement, customers are responsible for the shipping cost to and from SPEEDWAYSATV.COM. If you have questions about our warranty, please contact our support department for troubleshooting or installation guide. Our support department is open Monday through Friday 9AM to 5 PM Central Standard Time.

30 Days Limited Parts Warranty Detail: Remember Warranty is effective only if:
(1) The product is completely and correctly assembled by any end users(2) The product is used under normal conditions for its intended purpose;(3)The product receives all necessary maintenance and adjustments.

Please note that this does not include wear and tear items or damage caused by neglect, misuse, improper assembly, crashes or shipping. Call Dealer for details.

RETURN POLICY: " Warning! " Manufactures defects will only be covered" There are absolutely no refunds for any fueled items or used items regardless of damage or performance, all sales are FINAL! Any unauthorized packages returned without a valid RMA number written on the exterior packaging will be refused and sent back to the customer. Freight collect and COD packages will not be accepted. SpeedwaysATV.COM attempts every effort to ensure that products are completely functional and free of any damage before shipment from our warehouse. We strongly suggest our customers please inspect your new product immediately upon receipt. If the vehicle is damaged during the shipping, you receive wrong bike, or color, you must contact our Customer Service Department within 3 days of delivery to obtain a RMA number and we will provide you with replacements parts or correct bike, & free live telephone technical support within the 30 days warranty period. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization from SpeedwaysATV.COM. All returns must be pre-authorized by Speed Ways ATV personnel. To receive your Return Authorization Number, please EMAIL US AT info@speedwaysatv.com. Merchandise returned within 7 days of receiving the product and item must be received in 100% new, re-sellable condition. Merchandise is not eligible for refund if it has been ridden, worn, used, abused or damaged in any way. Merchandise must arrive complete (including warranty cards, manuals, accessories, promotional items, etc.) and in the original packaging. We will not accept any bike returns based on unsatisfactory legal status. Please check the legal status of scooters in your area, AND you may contact your state legislature and local Department of Motor Vehicles. If you are returning the product, you must read the following terms thoroughly! Original shipping and handling are not refundable! Customers are responsible for the returning shipping cost! • The products must be returned in unused and resalable condition in its original packaging. A copy of your original invoice must be included in a return shipment. . • All packaging materials, instruction sheets and/or instruction manuals must be eturned. • All manuals and warranty registration cards must be unmarked. • Display the RMA number prominently on the outside of the box to avoid delays to you shipment. The warranty does not cover wear and tear of the products, plastic parts & components (color coordinated housings, etc.) batteries, brakes, brakes handles, seats, lights, belts, tires or gas engine or any other parts damage due to abuse or misuse or shipping. The buyer hereby agrees to release and forever discharge SpeedwaysATV or its Parent Company, and their agents, servants, employees, officers, directors, trustees and all other persons or entities acting on their behalf and the manufacturer from any and all claims, actions, damages, liability, cost or expenses and attorney fees which are related to, arise out of, or are in any way connected to my participation or use of the bike, use of equipment or property supplied by SpeedwayATV or its parent company or my presence upon the premises, whether or not such claims, actions, damages, liability, cost or expenses are caused by the negligence of the seller, the manufacturer or the distributor. By this AGREEMENT, it is my intention to surrender and waive any rights to sue or exercise any legal right to seek damages from SpeedwayATV or its Parent Company and their agents, servants, employees, officers, directors, trustees and all other persons or entities acting on their behalf. This AGREEMENT shall be affecting and binding upon my heirs, agents, personal representatives and assigns.

I hereby certify that I am over the age of 18 years of age. I have carefully read the foregoing and acknowledge that I understand and AGREE to all of the above terms and conditions. I have had the opportunity to ask any and all questions regarding this AGREEMENT and the affect of the same. I am aware that by purchasing this item and sending/remitting payment for it/them, I assume all risk and waive and release certain substantial rights that I may have or possess. I therefore release all liability and waive all rights I may have in regards to my child's activities with the above item(s). I HAVE READ THIS WAIVER OF LIABILITY, ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT, FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS, UNDERSTAND THAT I AM GIVING UP SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS BY AGREEING TO THIS WAIVER AND HAVE BOUGHT IT FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY WITHOUT ANY INDUCEMENT, ASSURANCE OR GUARANTEE BEING MADE TO ME. MY PURCHASE IS TO BE CONSIDERED AS A COMPLETE AND UNCONDITIONAL RELEASE OF ALL LIABILITY TO THE GREATEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW.

READ THE USER MANUAL CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU OPERATE THE BIKES. WEAR A HELMET AND PROTECTIVE GEAR WHEN RIDING ANY MOTORIZED VEHICLE. YOUR INSURANCE POLICIES MAY NOT PROVIDE COVERAGE FOR ACCIDENTS INVOLVING THE USE OF THIS BIKE. TO DETERMINE IF COVERAGE IS PROVIDED, YOU SHOULD CONTACT YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY OR AGENT.

Additional clause for online purchases: ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO REFUNDS. BY REFUSING A SHIPMENT YOU AGREE TO PAY THE SHIPPING COST AS LISTED ON THIS WEB SITE AND ANY ADDITIONAL FEES AS WELL AS A 20% RESTOCKING FEE, NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
